The customer will be responsible for:

  • Any applicable customs fees or handling charges associated with the return

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Quality-Related Returns

If the product has a verified quality issue, manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or if an incorrect item was sent:

  • We will provide an appropriate solution after review
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us when applicable
  • Customers may choose a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation

To expedite processing, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
